01-01 Are you a lock manufacturer or a trader?
We are an origin manufacturer (SILVERKEY) with a full product line and OEM/ODM capability. Factory-direct purchasing is supported, and factory photos and capacity documents are available on request.
01-02 Do you support OEM / ODM customization?
Yes. Color, logo, packaging, card design and unlocking combinations can be customized. Projects are discussed case by case with sample solutions; mass production follows sample approval.
01-03 How do I get an accurate quote?
Send your model, quantity, application and target market. Our team replies with a quote within 24h; bulk orders are priced by tier.
01-04 What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ for standard models is low and small trial orders are accepted. Customized items (finish/logo/packaging) depend on the process; just share your quantity and we will evaluate.
01-05 Can I get samples?
Yes. Paid samples are offered for standard items and deducted from bulk orders. Shipping method and lead time are confirmed by destination.

02-01 What unlocking methods do hotel locks support?
RFID card (Mifare), magnetic card, PIN keypad, fingerprint, face recognition and Bluetooth/mobile access, combinable; emergency mechanical key is standard.
02-02 Can the locks integrate with PMS?
Yes. Integration with Opera, Fidelio and major PMS platforms enables unified card issuing, check-out and room status sync, plus group one-card and floor authorization.
02-03 Which languages do electronic door numbers support?
Dot-matrix/LCD signs support multiple languages and icons (including Arabic and Thai); segment displays show room number and status. Fonts are configured by target market.
02-04 Are product images and specs complete?
Product pages show images, spec tables and drawings. Specs follow factory datasheets; missing items are clearly marked and can be supplied on request.
02-05 Can signs, locks and guest control link together?
Yes. Signs show room status (occupied/DND/cleaning), link with card-insert power and RCU hosts over unified low-voltage wiring.
Installation & Maintenance
03-01 How long do lock batteries last? What about low battery?
Four AA batteries typically last 12-18 months. Low battery is alerted in two stages with emergency opens reserved; emergency power and mechanical keys are supported.
03-02 Do renovation projects require new doors?
No. Standard doors (35-70mm) accept same-mortise upgrade models without heavy modification; special doors get measurement and adaptation solutions.
03-03 Do locks work when offline?
Yes. Offline mode opens normally by card/PIN and logs locally, syncing when reconnected; confirm the offline degradation strategy for online-mode projects.
03-04 How are emergency mechanical keys managed?
One key set per floor with a registration ledger binding key numbers to rooms; handover receipts are provided at delivery for traceable security management.

04-01 What is the lead time?
Standard items 15-30 days; customized items 30-45 days depending on process and quantity. Shipping schedules follow FOB/CIF terms for overseas projects.
04-02 What is the warranty and after-sales support?
Typically 1-3 years depending on product and contract, with spare parts, remote technical guidance and a troubleshooting manual; video support for overseas projects.
04-03 How are overseas installations commissioned?
We provide drawings, video tutorials and remote guidance; on-site technical support can be arranged for large projects, including joint commissioning of locks, signs and guest control.
